IN ADDITION TO THESE ARE G.M.P.S AND RULES AND GUIDELINES SPECIFICALLY TARGETED FOR FLOWERS BAKING OF BRADENTON, ITS FACILITY AND PROPERTIES. TO BETTER INFORM AND TRAIN YOU IN THESE RESPONSIBILITIES, THIS LIST WAS FORMED AS A GUIDELINE. AS WELL AS RULE'S TO GO BY. EQUIPMENT MUST REMAIN IN A SANITARY CONDITION WHILE IN USE SO AS TO PREVENT PRODUCT CONTAMINATION. 2. WATER SUPPLY MUST BE CLEAN AND OF SANITARY QUALITY. 3. FLOOR AND SINK DRAINS MUST BE CLEAN & PERFORM SATISFACTORILY. 4. TOILET FACILITIES MUST BE CLEAN AND HAVE PROPER HAND WASHING EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE. 5. EMPLOYEES MUST WASH HANDS AFTER BREAKS AND OR EVERY TRIP TO REST ROOMS. 6. EMPLOYEES MUST REPORT TO WORK IN A CLEAN AND SANITARY CONDITION. 7. ALL PERSONNEL MUST REMOVE ANY INSECURE OR UNAUTHORIZED JEWELRY BEFORE REPORTING TO WORK. EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE ARE A MEDICAL ALERT NECKLACE APPROVED BY HR OR A WEDDING BAND WITHOUT A STONE. 8. ALL EMPLOYEES MUST REMOVE VISIBLE OR EXPOSED PIERCINGS 9. WEAR HAIR COVERS PROPERLY FITTED TO COVER ALL HAIR UPON ENTERING THE PLANT AND KEPT COVERED AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN PRODUCTION AREAS. 10. DO NOT STORE CLOTHING IN UNAUTHORIZED AREAS. 11. DO NOT CONSUME FOOD AND BEVERAGES IN PRODUCTION AREAS. 12. DO NOT USE OR CONSUME TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN UNAUTHORIZED AREAS. 13. DO NOT DISPOSE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN AN UNSANITARY MANOR. 14. DO NOT SPIT TOBACCO PRODUCTS ONTO WALKING SURFACES. 15. DO NOT PERFORM ANY ACTIVITY THAT COULD CONTAMINATE FOOD PRODUCTS WITH MICROORGANISMS OR FOREIGN SUBSTANCES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSPIRATION, HAIR, COSMETICS, TOBACCO, CHEMICALS, FOOD, AND MENDICANTS. 16. SLEEVELESS OR UN-COLLARED SHIRTS, SHORT PANTS AND SWEAT PANTS ARE NOT PERMITTED. 17. SOCKS AND OR HOSE MUST BE WORN WITH SHOES THAT COVER THE FEET 100% AT ALL TIMES. 18. WOMEN WEARING A DRESS MUST ALSO WEAR NYLONS WHILE WORKING IN PRODUCTION AREAS. 19. INGREDIENT CONTAINERS MUST REMAIN CLOSED AT ALL TIMES EXCEPT WHILE IN ACTUAL USE. 20. DOORS, WINDOWS, VENTS AND OTHER NON-SCREENED OPENINGS MUST REMAIN CLOSED AND SEALED AT ALL TIMES DURING PRODUCTION (OPEN ONLY WHILE IN USE, THEN CLOSE TIGHTLY)
