Purpose
The purpose of this procedure manual is to establish guidelines and procedures regarding the use of Company-issued mobile devices.
Applicability
Applicability
This procedure manual applies to anyone who will be obtaining a Company-issued mobile device or who is currently using a Company-issued mobile device. The mobile device is primarily a business tool and its use must comply with all requirements of the policy as outlined here as well as any additional applicable policies and procedures. Additionally, any outside contractor (who is not an employee of Flowers Foods, Inc. or its subsidiaries), but is provided a Company-issued mobile device, must adhere to this policy as well.

Definitions
“Company” is defined as Flowers Foods, Inc. and its subsidiaries.
“ Employee ” is defined as any individual employed by Flowers Foods, Inc., or its subsidiaries.
“Contractor” is defined as an individual working on contract for Flowers Foods, Inc. or its subsidiary companies.
“User” is defined as either an Employee or Contractor who has been issued a mobile device from Flowers for business use.
“Mobile Device” is defined as handheld devices such as smart phones, cellular phones, cellular mobile devices , cellular “hot spot” devices and tablets capable of operating/communicating through the utilization of cellular signals.
“Separation” is defined as when a User retires, is terminated, resigns employment, or otherwise separates from the Company.
“Hands Free Device” is defined as mobile device accessories that allows the use a mobile device without holding it. Examples of hands free accessories include Bluetooth headsets, installed vehicle Bluetooth speakers and earphone/earbuds that allow use of a mobile device without physically holding the device in by hand.
“SPOC” (Single Point of Contact) is defined as the designated individual at each Company location who has exclusive access to the Verizon account administration.
