Pay and Benefits

OUR PAY AND BENEFITS PHILOSOPHY

The company is proud to provide you with an excellent compensation and benefits package. We provide competitive base compensation, annual incentive bonuses, and various benefit plans to attract and retain the highest caliber individuals for the Flowers’ team. The company reviews a number of pay and benefit surveys, including those that cover employers in our geographic area and industry. We use these surveys to determine our competitive wages and benefits. Following is a general overview of the most significant compensation and benefit programs the company offers. These are merely highlights. When you become eligible for entry into the various benefit plans, you will receive a more detailed description of the benefits in which you may enroll. If you have questions about your pay or benefits, please see your supervisor or your director of human resources.

BONUS PROGRAM

The company recognizes that you and the job you perform are important to the overall success of the company. Only by working together can we keep our company successful. To encourage teamwork and to ensure that we maintain our focus, the company has an annual incentive bonus program, which allows the company to share the rewards of its success with employees. A bonus is awarded to employees if the company achieves its performance goal for the year. For more information about the bonus program, please contact the Human Resources Department.
