rules or other company policies, salaried exempt employees may be subject to a week-long suspension without pay.

Subject to Discharge.
This disciplinary policy is based on rolling twelve (12) month period. For example, if you have a documented verbal warning and it becomes twelve (12) months old, then it drops from your record in considering the next disciplinary step. 1. Incompetent, unsatisfactory or careless performance of duties. 2. Horseplay. This can include practical jokes, throwing product, wrestling, and/or using Company equipment for purposes other than those intended. 3. Failure to perform work in a timely, efficient, and/ or safe manner. 4. Disturbing other employees while they are working. 5. Failure to follow the dress code requirements for your role: Dress to portray a professional image in correlation to the occasions and environment of the day’s activities. You may wear: • a comfortable collared short-sleeved short or pullover; • dark colored khakis/work shorts or pants; • black shoes/boots; and • no earbuds of any type while servicing a customer; T-shirts, hoodies, jeans, sweatpants, jerseys, athletic shorts, etc., are not acceptable. 6. Tampering with a geotab device. 7. Failure to follow the iPLAN Ordering Requirements: • The iPLAN weekly planner and all order adjustments are required to be completed within your clock in and clock out period of each workday. The weekly planner is required to be completed by end of workday on Tuesday each week. • Order adjustments will not be permitted to be completed outside of your workday. • iPLAN cannot be used on any personal devises.
