PROCESS FOR TURNING IN COMPANY MOBILE DEVICES Process For Turning In Company Mobile Devices
Mobile Device Upgrades or User Separation When dealing with devices subject to legal-hold (which require replacement, or if the User is separating from the Company), contact the Flowers Foods Legal Department (Flowers_Legal_Department@flocorp.com) for handling and processing instructions prior to taking any actions. When a user receives an upgrade or replacement mobile device, the user is not authorized to retain (or purchase) their old mobile devices. Additionally, (aside from the exceptions listed in the Transfer of Mobile Numbers and Devices section), when a User leaves the Company, they are not allowed to retain (or purchase) their Company-issued mobile devices. All mobile devices (not on legal-hold) will be wiped and returned to the Flowers Foods Verizon Administrator. NOTE : If a User is receiving an upgraded replacement mobile device, and their existing mobile device is serviceable and in good working order, it is recommended subsidiary locations maintain a small amount of turned-in mobile devices (1-2 devices) to use as “suitable replacements .” If a device will be retained for re-use do not have the device removed from DEP in the case of Apple devices. If it is removed from DEP, the device cannot be reused for Company use.
