Issuing New/Replacement Devices to Existing Users 1. Submit a ticket to the help desk, requesting an AirWatch/MobileGuard token for the new mobile device

2. User receives AirWatch/MobileGuard token and installs the AirWatch/MobileGuard application on the replacement mobile device.

3. User acknowledges Mobile Guard text from Verizon. To comply with regulatory practices, text messages must be archived for compliance and/or transparency purposes. The Company utilizes Mobile Guard for accomplishing this. The User will receive a text message from VZW FREE MSG (an example is shown at the end of this section) to which they must respond YES. If the User fails to acknowledge the message, the Flowers Foods Verizon Administrator will suspend their mobile device service until they comply.
