All technology devices provided to Employees by the Company are legal property of the Company. Upon retirement, resignation or termination all Employees are required to return all technology devices. The Company will consider refusal to return technology devices to be theft. In the event an Employee refuses to return technology devices, the Company retains the right to hold final pay and settlements and/or contact law enforcement to assist in the return of Company property.

Violation of this policy may result in individual civil or criminal liability to the Employee and/or disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.
