Retaliation or discrimination against an employee for reporting harassment or complaining about harassment is prohibited. Such misconduct will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. Any employee that knowingly makes a false report of harassment or discrimination will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination. Employees should also review any applicable state supplement to this policy.
