ETHICS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If you should ever suspect or have a concern that unethical or illegal activity is occurring within the company – or if you have a concern relating to product safety, integrity, quality, and/or legality - you are encouraged to report the questionable behavior immediately to your

supervisor, your human resources business partner, or to Flowers’ ethics officer. If you wish to remain anonymous, you may call toll free 1.888.337.7524. This number is staffed by an independent company and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The company will take no action against an employee for raising a concern.

ENVIRONMENTAL

To ensure Flowers operates as an environmentally sound corporate citizen, you must conduct the company’s business in a way that protects valuable natural resources and minimizes the impact that operations may have on those resources. It is important that team members conduct business in accordance with federal, state and local environmental laws, including those that regulate the emissions or discharge of pollutants, as well as the handling and disposal of wastes. If your job involves environmental issues, your knowledge of and adherence to Flowers’ policies regarding compliance with environmental laws and regulations is mandatory. Please report any concerns or potential violations to your ESS Manager. SUSTAINABILITY Flowers has company-wide goals to reduce emissions, waste, and water consumption. We are committed to applying sustainability processes to all aspects of our business. We have sustainability programs in place to help us take appropriate steps to conserve resources and operate as efficiently as possible. Working with team members, business partners, suppliers, and customers, the company strives to prevent waste of water, packaging, energy, and other resources. Flowers’ most recent sustainability report is available online at www.flowersfoods.com. Flowers’ Waste Services Program is managed by the Corporate Sustainability Department. All vendor management, invoices, reporting, and service requests pertaining to waste and recycling shall be emailed to wasteservices@flocorp.com for proper processing and approval. Program objective is to optimize cost efficiencies, while increasing landfill diversion and recycling. Employees can log on to www.floconnect.com to read about sustainability initiatives and approved lighting specifications for new projects. Reach out to your ESS Manager with any questions or ideas for improvement. Saving resources ensures company growth. .
