ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT AND UNDERSTANDING OF WORK RULES I have received a copy of the Work Rules of Flowers Bakeries Sales of SoCal, LLC & Personnel Outsource Solutions dated January, 2025, including Personal Hygiene and Safety procedures. By my signature below I certify that I have received training on these work rules, that I understand these work rules, and that I will abide by them. I also understand that the listed offenses in these Work Rules are not all inclusive and that any conduct that could jeopardize health or safety or otherwise violate accepted standards of behavior may result in appropriate discipline, up to and including immediate discharge. I further understand that if I am subject to a collective bargaining agreement, that agreement supersedes any provisions of these work rules that are in conflict. Finally, I understand that nothing in these Work Rules is intended to prohibit any legally protected activity.
