OUR PAY AND BENEFITS PHILOSOPHY
The Company is proud to provide you with an excellent total rewards package. We provide competitive base compensation, annual incentive bonuses, and various company-paid and voluntary benefit plans to attract and retain the highest caliber individuals for our team. The Company reviews a number of pay and benefit surveys annually, including those that cover employers in our geographic area and the broader industry. We use these surveys and other benchmarking data to determine our competitive wages and benefit plan offerings. A general overview of the most significant compensation and benefit programs the Company offers is provided below, but these are merely highlights. When you become eligible for our benefit plans, you will receive detailed descriptions of the benefits in which you may enroll. If you have questions about your pay or benefits, please see your supervisor or your human resources team.
BONUS PROGRAM
The Company recognizes that you and the job you perform are important to the overall success of the Company. To encourage teamwork and to ensure that we maintain our focus, the Company offers an incentive bonus program, which allows the Company to share the rewards of its success with employees. The Annual Bonus Plan is a discretionary bonus issued by the Compensation Committee of the Company ’s Board of Directors and is based on annual company performance measured by our EBITDA (Earnings before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization). If the Company ’s EBITDA goal is reached, the Compensation Committee may award a bonus paid to eligible employees during the first quarter of the following year.
