FBC Oxford Employee Handbook

You have received a copy of the work rules with your onboarding documents. Additional copies are available from your Human Resources department or from your supervisor. You will be advised when any changes to these rules are made. Employee work performance is a combination of many factors, including attendance, punctuality, personal conduct, job proficiency, reliability, and compliance with company policies. If an employee is unwilling or unable to meet the Company ’s work performance standards, the Company will take corrective action.

Corrective action formally documents work performance, while giving an employee reasonable direction and time in which to improve performance. The Company reserves the right to determine that certain actions of an extremely serious nature may be subject to immediate termination.

RESIGNATION POLICY

Although we hope your employment with the Company will be a rewarding experience, we understand that varying circumstances cause employees to voluntarily resign employment. Should this time come, we ask that you follow the Company ’s policy on resignation. In general, the Company requests that employees provide a two week notice and participate in an exit interview. Please see your Human Resources Department for a copy of this policy.

CODE OF CONDUCT

As employees, we are Flowers ’ representatives. How we conduct ourselves impacts the Company. The Company has always followed the highest standards of ethical conduct and expects every employee to do the same. These ethical standards are outlined in the Company ’s Code of Conduct , which is available from the Human Resources Department.
