Employees who are not actively working because of an approved leave of absence are not eligible for holiday pay.

Hours paid for holidays will not be considered in calculating overtime.

New Years Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day will be paid at time and a half for hours worked on the Holiday.

EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP)

FLOcoach, the Company ’s Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) is administered by Anthem. This plan offers a broad array of services to assist members with life’s challenges, including personal, legal, financial, and dependent care needs. FLOcoach is available 24/7 by phone or online, providing confidential access to customer care specialists and licensed clinicians at any time.

UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE

If you are laid off from work, the Company provides, at no cost to you, benefits through the unemployment insurance program of your state.

WORKERS’ COMPENSATION

Should you be injured on the job, the Company provides protection at no cost to you, according to applicable requirements. The Company will pay medical expenses and disability benefits according to the requirements of the state. Any accident MUST be reported immediately to your supervisor.

JURY DUTY

If called to service, you will receive your normal pay while you serve on a jury. To receive this pay, you must give your supervisor court documentation indicating the days you served on jury duty.

When you are excused from jury duty and the next day is a scheduled work day, you are expected to return to work and continue the week as normal. You should notify your supervisor as early as possible of the planned day for returning to work.
