EDUCATION ASSISTANCE

The Company encourages self- improvement through educational courses or training and offers an educational assistance program for managerial, technical specialties, or administrative job skills. The Company may pay tuition for educational courses or training if the course or training relates to your current position or approved career path once you successfully complete the course of study. This program is highly selective, and participants must be identified as outstanding performers and must have management approval. Contact the Human Resources Department for details.

SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
