WORKPLACE VIOLENCE PREVENTION POLICY

I. POLICY STATEMENT It is the policy of Flowers Baking Co of Jacksonville, LLC to expressly prohibit any acts or threats of violence by any employee or former employee against any other employee in or about its facilities or elsewhere at any time. The Company will not condone any acts or threats of violence against its employees, customers, or visitors by any individual on the Company's premises at any time or while such individual is engaged in business with or on behalf of the Company, on or off the Company's premises. Any individual who exhibits any such behavior will be removed from the premises and will remain off the premises pending the outcome of an investigation. In instances where an employee exhibits any of these types of behaviors, the Company reserves the right to require an evaluation of the individual by a mental health professional to determine fitness for duty. Individuals are encouraged to seek assistance. No existing company policy, practice, or procedure will prohibit management decisions designed to prevent a threat of violence from being carried out, a violent act from occurring or a life threatening situation from developing. All individuals who apply for or obtain a protective or restraining order which lists company locations as protected areas, must immediately provide Human Resources a copy of the petition and declarations used to seek the order, a copy of any temporary protective or restraining order which is granted, and a copy of any such order which is made permanent. Our company has defined workplace violence warning signs to include intimidating, threatening behavior, or abusive comments, gestures or actions; written or verbal threats to cause them harm or death; stalking and harassment and/or hazing behavior. These types of behaviors do not necessarily have to occur within the confines of our facilities. Instances of potential workplace violence warning signs can occur on social media or in public places where you may come into contact with fellow employees, etc. To protect our customers' and employees' safety and health, we will take several steps to ensure that our policy is followed. These steps may include searches, at the Company's discretion, of lockers, lunch boxes, toolboxes, vehicles, desks, clothing, and work areas. II. WARNING SIGNS
