CELL PHONE & COMMUNICATION DEVICE USE "INSIDE THE FACILITY" POLICY

The use of cell phones and all other communication devices inside the facility is prohibited and may present a hazard to you, other employees and the quality of our product. The meaning of "inside the facility" includes but is not limited to standing just inside the main employee entrance, the hall ways, restrooms, training rooms, shipping dock, production floor and break room. This policy is meant to ensure employee safety, safe operation of all company property and equipment and safe guard product quality and proprietary information. Cell phones can be brought inside the facility only to place in your locker. It is best that you leave your cell phone in your car. Having your cell phone open/on or making/receiving calls anywhere inside the facility is deemed as "use" and is prohibited. Weather conditions are not acceptable reasons to use a cell phone inside the facility.
