Pay and Benefits

Starting Pay Rate: $18.04 Shift Differential: $1/hour, hours worked from 6pm-6am Pay Period: Starts on Sunday, ends on Saturday Pay Day: Every Thursday(will receive text message Wednesday with link to stub) 30 Days: Eligible for Paid Holidays, Receive 2 Personal Holidays 60 Days: Eligible to enroll in benefits(benefits become active the first day of the month following your 60 th day of employment). Will receive a text message with link to enroll. 90 Days: Able to use Paid Sick Time, able to use Paid Vacation(you start accruing paid vacation from day one; .769 hours a week), Probationary Period has concluded, able to be hired for Flowers positions, receive your first pay increase $0.54 ($18.58) Referral Bonus: The referrer and referee both receive a $250 bonus added on their paycheck after the referee has worked 90 continuous days, then another$250 at the conclusion of one year continuously worked. Both parties must be employed and actively working at the time of payout. Please see Alicia Hicks for more information on how to refer a new partner. Annual Bonus: Flowers gives an annual bonus to all partners, LL and Direct, that is usually paid out in February or March for the previous year. If Flowers meets its goal 100%, partners will receive 2% of their eligible earnings as a bonus. Partners can receive more or less, depending on what percentage of goal is met. In 2021, we achieved 124.2% of goal. Foodhandler Certificate Credit: Create an account in Canteen with your email address to receive a $7 reimbursement for your FHC. This needs to be done by 7am Friday morning. 6 Months: Receive your 2 nd pay increase, $0.55 ($19.13) 1 Year: Receive your 3 rd pay increase, $0.54 ($19.67)
