SHOES ORDERING PROCESS Per company policy all employees are required to use approved protective footwear when working in the plant: Non-slippery Safety Toe With Laces Black/Gray/Tan/Brown For sanitation: Water resistant For Maintenance: Electrical safety
WHERE CAN I PLACE THE ORDER? You have 3 different options:
PAYMENT OPTIONS You will pay the price difference through payroll deduction. For example, if you buy a pair of shoes that is $130… $ 130 – $100 = $30 . Shoe price Company Benefit Difference paid by EE You can pay the difference in up to 3 payments: 1 = 30 or 2 = 15 + 15 or 3 = 10 + 10 + 10 For new hires – You will be deducted the full price and be reimbursed up to $100 when completing your 90-day probationary period.

WHAT IF THEY DON’T FIT OR THEY ARE UNCOMFORTABLE? You have two (2) weeks to request any exchanges or returns.
HOW TO EXCHANGE OR RETURN? 1. Clean the shoes – They need to look NEW 2. Put them in the original box. 3. Bring them to the ESS Manager or supervisor. 4. If is an exchange, fill out a new order form and put it in the box WHAT IF I DON’T LIKE ANY OPTION FROM SR MAX OR SHOES FOR CREWS? You can buy shoes on your own that are compliant with the requirements listed at the top of this flyer and request approval before using them in the plant: 1. Bring the new shoes and the receipt to the ESS Manager for approval 2. If approved to be used in the plant, you will receive a reimbursement for up to $100 (company benefit) * *For new hires – You will be reimbursed up to $100 when completing your 90-day probationary period. BENEFIT We have an allotment of $100 a year. This can be used for: Shoes Antifatigue insoles Shoe sole repair through authorized suppliers (for more information, contact ESS Manager)
