The following Group A work rules apply to sales management. Violation of these work rules will normally result in immediate termination . a. Asking or requiring an hourly employee to perform work while off the clock. b. Allowing a CMV with a known safety defect to be operated. a. Failure of management to have preventive maintenance performed on all ve- hicles at least every 12 months. c. Intentionally modifying daily time records or graph logs. d. Allowing a driver to operate a CMV if the driver’s Annual Inquiry & Review of Driving Record has not been completed. e. Knowingly and willingly allow an operator of a CMV to drive in excess of DOT hours limitations. f. Allowing an operator of a CMV to drive before the out-of-service time period or condition has been completed. 21. The following Group A work rules apply to non-managerial employees and any- one who is operating a CMV. Violation of these work rules will normally result in immediate termination . a. Performing any work off the clock. For Route Sales and Merchandising employ- ees, this includes, but is not limited to, merchandising or rotating product, build- ing displays, engaging with customer management and/or ordering and planning. The Company follows all applicable federal, state and local employment laws and has trained the Company’s management team in those laws. In the unlikely event that you are asked to work off the clock, please report this to a Human Resources representative immediately. b. Leaving your market, territory, or warehouse for non-business related reasons without permission from your supervisor. It does not include any legally protected activity. c. Operating a CMV with a known safety defect. d. Driving a CMV if your Annual Inquiry and Review of Driving Record has not been completed.
